The family of the late Harold Augustus Browne of Mount Friendship, St. Michael is saddened to inform of his passing. Harold died peacefully at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital on Monday, August 15, 2022 at the age of 91.
Son of the late Rhoda and Dola Browne;
Widow of Norma L. Browne;
Father of Margaret Howell and Glyne Browne (USA), Vincent Clarke (Canada), Anderson, Richard and Ricardo Clarke, Emmerson Bowen and the late Jeffrey Clarke;
Grandfather of 19;
Great grandfather of 30;
Brother of the late Phyllis and Thelma Browne, Clementina Sargeant and David Browne;
Uncle of Maureen Neblett, Rawle and Anthony Browne; Jeanette Hernandez, Orlando Sargeant, Kimberley, Audra and Kenneth Browne (all of the USA) and the late Carl Browne;
Father-in-law of Trevor Howell, Judy, Andrea and Shelley Clarke and Sandra Browne;
Relative of the Nichols, Wiles and Bruce families;
Friend of the Miller, Jones, the Mount Friendship community families;
Caretakers – Eslyn McCarthy and Donna Harris.
The funeral of Harold Augustus Browne leaves Downes and Wilson Funeral Home, Eagle Hall, St. Michael on Friday, August 26, 2022 for Mount Olive Holy Temple, UHCA, Grosvenor Road, Carrington Village, St. Michael where relatives and friends are asked to meet at 1 p.m. for the service. The funeral will then proceed to the Westbury Cemetery for the interment.

Wreaths may be sent to Downes and Wilson Funeral Home, Eagle Hall, St. Michael no later than 11 a.m. on Friday, August 26, 2022.
Relatives and friends may pay their last respects at Downes and Wilson Funeral Home on Thursday, August 25, 2022 from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.
