PAMELA ROSITA BETTY STUART was the last surviving child of Mignon and Martin Chase of Baycroft Gap, Belleville St. Michael. She was born on September 15th, 1949, and went home to be with her Lord on August 8th, 2023 in Jacksonville, Florida USA.
She won a Scholarship to Queen’s College, and performed extremely well in the July 1965 Oxford and Cambridge School Examination board Examinations.
In 6th form she excelled in Commercial subjects particularly Bookkeeping. She took examinations with the London Chamber of Commerce in Shorthand, Bookkeeping and Business English, receiving intermediate certificates in all three.
At Duffs Business College she received a Diploma in Elementary Accounting and at BIMAP, she completed courses of study in Advanced Bookkeeping, Accounting and Data Processing and Computer Programming.
Pamela joined the staff at Banks Barbados Breweries as an Accounts Clerk on October 4th, 1966.
On June 12th, 1971, in New York, she married David A. Stuart, a union which lasted 52 years, produced three children Renee, Dexter and Darren and was broken only by her untimely passing.
She rose through the ranks and became Assistant to the Chief Accountant.
In 1979 she became the Accountant at Banks Breweries where she worked for 29 years before joining her husband David in Miami, Florida.
In 1996 in Miami, she was employed by Cummins America, a company which makes Engines, Generators, and Marine Equipment. She served them as Accountant/ Bookkeeper until she retired in 2014.
Pam served in the Care ministry at Abundant Life Assembly Church here in Barbados and at True Bread Worship center and Faith Community Churches in South Florida.
She is missed by her husband David, sons Dexter and Darren, grandson Dominic, daughters-in-Law Berlinda and Fatima, numerous godchildren, her nieces, nephews, cousins, family members and friends.

An Inurnment of the cremated remains of Pamela & Renee Stuart will be held on Friday, 14th June, 2024, at the Columbarium Site of the Coral Ridge Memorial Gardens, The Ridge, Christ Church in a private family ceremony.
