Father of Kathleen, Chlorine & Vincent Ifill; Denitha Ifill-Cummins & Grafton Ifill (retired Nurses); Francine Small-Weekes (retired Social Services Manager) and Dr Hamilton Small (all of the USA); Michael Ifill (retired Police Officer), Vondelle Ifill-Greenidge (Ministry of the Environment) and Sylvia Ifill (Planning and Development Department);

Grandfather of Dr Christopher Ifill, Dr Devin Cummins, Alex Ifill-Counsel, Kaytlin, Sheree, Ron and Janelle;

Great-grandfather of Michaela, Addison, Sage, Sienna, Scarlett, Fahyani, Isis, Trey and Arianna;

The funeral leaves Downes and Wilson Funeral Home, Eagle Hall, St. Michael on Thursday, August 28, 2025 for the Seventh-Day Adventist Church, Black Rock, St Michael where relatives and friends are asked to meet at 1 p.m. a.m. for the service; followed by interment at the St James cemetery.

Tributes commence at 12:30 p.m.

Wreaths may be sent to Downes and Wilson Funeral Home on Thursday, August 28, 2025, no later than 11 a.m.

Relatives and friends may pay their respects at Downes and Wilson Funeral Home, Eagle Hall, St. Michael on Wednesday, August 27, 2025, from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.
