Father of Rosalyn Mayers (Lazare’s Jewelry), Cheryl Brathwaite (Barbados Postal Service), Catherine Brathwaite (Massy Worthing); Roger Braithwaite, Andrew Ramsey, Richard Husbands, Sherryann Lynch, Kim Grant, Christopher and Ricardo Layne;
Brother of Millicent and Carl Phillips and the late Laurie Phillips;
Uncle of Roy, Keith and Marcia Phillips, and Eylon Barrow;
Grandfather of Tricia, Shontelle, Shania; Markus, Markisha, Mario, Mattaniah & Makeda Bruce, Mandisa, Candaise & Zanya Brathwaite; Shari, Richard, and Kali;
Great-grandfather of many;
Father-in-law of Rodney Grant and Angie Layne;

The family wishes to thank the doctors, nurses and the staff of ward 3B of the Geriatric Hospital for their support and helpfulness throughout the time he spent at there.
The service of thanksgiving takes place on Friday, March 27, 2026 at St. Barnabas Anglican Church, Chapel Gap, St. Michael at 3 p.m. followed by the interment in the church cemetery.
The organist and members of the choir are asked to attend. Wreaths may be sent to Downes and Wilson Funeral Home, Eagle Hall, St. Michael no later than 1.p.m.
