A Chorister with the St Stephen’s Anglican Church Choir and a former student of the St Stephen’s Primary School and St Leonard’s Boys’ School, Mr. Austin enjoys the “togetherness” of the Family of Downes & Wilson Funeral Home.
His exceptional customer care has been recognised with numerous accolades and professional awards from the Organisation of American States (OAS) and the Caribbean Examinations Council (CXC).
His customer relations and driving skills, transporting grieving family members to and from funeral services has always been an asset due to his empathy and sympathetic manner in the time of bereavement.
Mr. Austin continues to carry out the work that he loves with the highly esteemed Downes & Wilson Funeral Home, serving under the guidance of one of the country’s most professional and talented Funeral Director’s, Mr. James Wilson J.P.
