Aged 78 of Frere Pilgrim South, Christ Church.

Retired State Registered Nurse of the Queen Elizabeth Hospital entered peacefully into rest on Wednesday, September 14, 2022.

Daughter of the late Gweneth and Richard Henry;

Devoted mother of Hartley Henry, Tyson Henry and the late Rosalind Henry-Wilson;

Grandmother of Hallam & Valencia Henry, Ukweli & Dikembe Wilson and Ebony Ben Yisrael;

Great-grandmother of Dawid and Hannah Ben Yisrael;

Sister of Verna “Myrtle” Henry, Rev. Beryl Sealy, Halon Henry (USA), Mellis Harewood & Joan Belle;

Aunt of Cleton, Toni, Margaret, Gloria, Stephen, Joy, Deidrie, Krispen, Patrick, Everton, Valence, the late Lynette and Amanda;

Cousin of Trevor, Ashton, Ivan, Clyde, David and Samuel;

Mother-in-Law of Angela Henry;

Relative of the Riley, Belle, Lashley and Lovell families;

Dear friend of Dr. Cathy-Ann Cave-Henry, Prime Minister the Hon Mia Amor Mottley, QC, MP; Deputy Prime Minister Hon Santia Bradshaw, MP; Dr. Jerome Walcott, Angel Estrella, Mark Maloney, Dr. Chris Maynard, Michael Forde, Denis Cadogan, Ava Griffith, Barbara Dottin, Jewel Hunte, Muriel Hamilton and Sophia Waterman.

The funeral of the late Rosemary Ursula Henry leaves Downes and Wilson Funeral Home, Eagle Hall, St. Michael on Tuesday, September 20, 2022 for the Chapel of Coral Ridge Memorial Gardens, the Ridge, Christ Church where relatives and friends are asked to meet at 10 a.m. for the service; followed by the interment.

Wreaths may be sent to Downes and Wilson Funeral Home, Eagle Hall, St. Michael on Tuesday, September 20, 2022 no later than 7 a.m.

Relatives and friends may pay their last respects at Downes and Wilson Funeral Home, Eagle Hall, St. Michael on Monday, September 19, 2022 from 4 p.m. – 6 p.m.

All Covid-19 protocols must be acknowledged.

Purple or lilac would be perfect colors to celebrate Rosemary’s life.
