Carol Elaine Herbert affectionately known as “Sisis” to family and close friends, aged 78 of Cane Garden, St. Thomas; former Conductress of the Rocklyn Bus Company and retired School Meals Server at Sharon Primary School, entered into rest on Sunday, August 14, 2022.
Daughter of the late Cynthia and Joseph Forde;
Widow of Station Sergeant Randolph Herbert;
Beloved mother of Wade Herbert (Planning and Development Dept) and Dr. Monique Herbert (York University, Canada);
Grandmother of Sanaa Morris-Herbert (The Ellerslie Secondary School);
Dear sister of Cynthia Y. Forde, J.P., M.P., Wavney Nicholls, J.P., Dr. Denise Armstrong(Canada), Jean Boyce, Norma Forde, Marva and Carson Forde(USA), Sonia Daniel(Dept of Commerce and Consumer Affairs), Maudine Watson, Joseph Watson, and the late Marjorie Forde;

The funeral of Carol Elaine Herbert leaves Downes and Wilson Funeral Home, Eagle Hall, St. Michael on Friday, September 2, 2022 for Holy Innocents’ Anglican Church, St. Thomas where relatives and friends are asked to meet at 3 p.m. for the service, followed by the interment.

The Organist is kindly asked to attend. Wreaths may be sent to Downes and Wilson Funeral Home, Eagle Hall, St. Michael no later than 12 noon on Friday, September 2, 2022.
Relatives and friends may pay their last respects at Downes and Wilson Funeral Home, Eagle Hall, St. Michael on Thursday, September 1, 2022 from 4 p.m. – 6 p.m.
Donations in support of the Holy Innocents’ Anglican Church and the Barbados Alzheimer’s Association will be graciously appreciated.
