CORAL GERTRUDE KNIGHT aged 86 of Strakers Road, Black Rock, St. Michael, retired Housekeeper of Settlers Beach Hotel and a volunteer with the League of Friends at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital entered peacefully into rest on Thursday, 17^th April 2025 at Queen Elizabeth Hospital.

Cherished daughter of the late Alethia Knight and Nathaniel Knight;

Beloved mother of Richard Lewis, Cynthia Lewis, Rene Lewis, Andrea Bellamy and the late David Cox;

Loving grandmother of James Collymore, Jason Stoute, Tia Lewis, Antonio Griffith, Reggie Lewis, Selah and Solomon Bellamy;

Great grandmother of 4;

Sister of Phyllis DeSuze (USA), Rosie Knight and Arlene Frank (Canada), Rudolph Archer (Holland) and the late Keith Knight, Ormond Archer and Joan Cadogan;

Cousin of Dolores Bishop; Patricia Waldron her late-night buddy; Gloria Cadogan and Anthony Burke;

Godmother of Reynold Douglin and Ramona Griffith;

Faithful companion Eric Ward;

Relative of Archer, Bishop, Cadogan, Grant, Knight and Lewis families;
Dear friend to Sherril Cox, Marion Walkes, Michael Knight, Marcelle Daniel and Miss Skeete;

Neighbours Jeff, Lisa, Robert, Andrew and many others.

The funeral of the late Coral Gertrude Knight leaves Downes and Wilson Funeral Home Eagle Hall, St. Michael on Tuesday, 6^th May 2025 at 12:30 p.m. for St. Mary’s Anglican Church, Bridgetown, St. Michael where relatives and friends are asked to meet at 2:00 p.m. for the service followed by the interment.

The Organist and members of the Church Choir are kindly asked to attend. Wreaths may be sent to Downes and Wilson Funeral Home no later than 12:00 noon on Tuesday, 6^th May 2025.

Relatives and friends may pay their last respects at Downes and Wilson Funeral Home Monday, 5^th May 2025 from 4 – 6 p.m.
