DARNLEY WINFIELD HUNTE affectionately known as ‘HORSE MAN, D MAN or PAPER MAN’ of 6^th Avenue Harts Gap, Christ Church; a journey of dedication prized  him to be the first Race Horse Owner of his class; retired Supervisor of Shell Gas Station, Top Rock and Newspaper Salesman for the Nation Publishing.

Son of the late Anita and St. Claire Hunte;

Husband of the late Marthenia Marie Hunte;

Father of Debra, Henderson and Rodney Hunte;

Grandfather of Justin and Marika Welch (Canada), Tia Hunte and Ramond Rouse;

The funeral of the Darnley Winfield Hunte leaves Downes and Wilson Funeral Home, Eagle Hall, St. Michael on Wednesday, 24^th January, 2024 at 12:30 a.m. for St. Matthias Anglican Church, St. Matthias, Christ Church where relatives and friends are asked to meet at 2:00 p.m. for the service. The funeral will then proceed to the Westbury Cemetery for the interment. Mourning colours are optional.

The Organist, members of the Church Choir are kindly asked to attend. Wreaths may be sent to Downes and Wilson Funeral Home no later than 12:00 noon on Wednesday, 24^th January, 2024.

Relatives and friends may pay their last respects at Downes and Wilson Funeral Home on Tuesday, 23^rd January, 2024 from 4:00pm to 6:00pm.
