February 28, 2022 at 8:28 pmI extend condolences on the passing of their beloved Dr. Don Blackman, to his immediate and extended family. I had the pleasure of serving Barbados at the United Nations with Dr. Blackman and of sitting in class at St Giles with Malcolm. May he rest in peace and rise in glory. I regret that I was unable to visit at St Barnabas on 27 February.
