Frank Lorris Skeete
Age 81 of Mount Standfast Plantation, St. James and formerly of the USA; retired employee of the New York Transit and devoted member of Cave Hill Wesleyan Holiness Church entered peacefully into rest on Sunday, August 11, 2019 at his residence.
Son of the late Kenneth and Daisy Skeete;
Beloved husband of Pearline Skeete;
Devoted father of Lorris and Ronald Skeete and Donna Lynch (all of the USA);
Grandfather of Nia, Elijah, Trinity and Ronald Lorris (all of the USA);
Brother of Marcia, Hammond, Kenneth, Kathleen and the late Marian Skeete (all of Canada);
Uncle of Brian and Paul Holder, Donna Swaby, Kirwin, Elaron and Nicholas Skeete, Tony Sandiford and the late Catherine Alleyne (all of Canada);
Cousin of Myrna Edey (Canada), Joan Alleyne and Greta Riley;
Father-in-law of Tameka Skeete (USA);
Brother-in-law Kenneth Holder, Maneza and Valarie Skeete, David and Whitfield Brathwaite, Ruth Trotman and others;
Godfather of Grace Greenidge (USA);
Relative of the St. Hill, Mckenzie and Walters families and many others;
Friend of Clement and Violet Greenidge, Dennis and Cicely Hope, Malcolm Lawrence(USA), Ronald and Gayle Alleyne, Jewel Beckles and many others.
The funeral of the late Frank Lorris Skeete leaves Downes and Wilson Funeral Home Eagle Hall, St. Michael on Saturday, August 24, 2019 at 8:45 a.m. for Mount of Praise Wesleyan Holiness Church, Tudor Bridge, St Michael where relatives and friends are asked to meet at 10 a.m. for the service; followed by the interment at St James cemetery. A contribution to the Cave Hill Wesleyan Holiness Church Building Fund would be appreciated.
Wreaths may be sent to Downes and Wilson Funeral Home on Saturday, August 24, 2019 no later than 7 a.m.
Relatives and friends may pay their last respects at Downes and Wilson Funeral Home on Friday, August 23, 2019 from 4 – 6 p.m.
