Geoffrey Rudder June 29, 2022

GEOFFREY MALCOLM DEXTER RUDDER aged 89, of Durants Green, Christ Church; retired Meteorologist of the Caribbean Meteorological Institute and the World Meteorological Organisation of Geneva, Switzerland entered peacefully into rest on Wednesday, 29^th June, 2022 at his residence.

Son of the late Olga Evelyn and Willis Dexter Rudder (Barbados Academy);

Husband of Peggy Rudder and the late Doreen Rudder;

Father of Laura and Simone Rudder;

Stepfather of Ian Donovan;

Step grandfather of Megan and Logan Donovan;

Brother of Patricia Quintyne, Barbara Rudder and Denise Johnson (USA);

Uncle of Karen and Andrew Johnson (USA), Andrea and Gordon Quintyne;

Brother in law of Walter Johnson (USA), Kenny, Anton, Robin and Joey Norris;

Relative of the Rudder, Weekes and Brathwaite families;

Godfather of many;

Friend of many;

The funeral of the late Geoffrey Malcolm Dexter Rudder leaves Downes and Wilson Funeral Home, Eagle Hall, St. Michael on Monday, 04^th July, 2022 at 8.30 a.m. for The Abundant Life Assembly, Haynes Hill, St. Michael where relatives and friends are asked to meet at 10:00 a.m. for the service.  Cremation takes place at the Coral Ridge Memorial Gardens, The Ridge, Christ Church at a later date.
