Stepfather of Raquel Gill (Supreme Distributors) and Andrea Clement (Ministry of Health);
Grandfather of Keasha Clement-Morris and Kiana Morris;
Brother of Vere, Beulah, Lionel, Clarence, Cynthia, Carl and the late Richford Welch, Samuel Roach and Frank Dixon;
Uncle of Shawn, Pearline, Ricky, Euroline, Vena and many others;
Cousin of many;
Brother-in-law of Edwin & Anita Clement, Carmen & Gloria, Coleridge Springer and two others;
Relative of the Welch, Reid, Bullen, and Roach families;

The Service of Thanksgiving takes place at Holy Innocents Anglican Church, St Thomas on Thursday, April 30, 2026, where relatives and friends are asked to meet at 3:30 p.m.
Interment in the church cemetery will follow.
Mourning colours are optional.
The organist and members of the choir are kindly asked to attend. Wreaths may be sent to Downes and Wilson Funeral Home on Thursday, April 30, 2026 no later than 1 p.m.
Relatives and friends may pay their respects at Downes and Wilson Funeral Home, Eagle Hall, St Michael on Wednesday, April 29, 2026 from 4-6 p.m.
