Uncle of Corene Harewood, Vernon Greenidge, Marlese Waithe, Deighton, Tyrone, Andrew, Deane, Maureen, Cheryl, Wayne, Kelvin, Sharon, Gloria Franklin, Delris Luke, Sonja Brewster, Clyde Nurse, Carlisle Robinson, Andrea Campbell, Waple & Stephen Bushelle, and many others;
Brother-in-Law of Euryle Boucher, Ralda and Nell Franklin;
Godfather of Tanisha Callender;
Relative of the Estwick, Scott, Clarke, Bayne and Callender families; Mentor to Juliette Nicholls;

The funeral for Horace Jeffrey Franklin leaves Downes and Wilson Funeral Home, Eagle Hall, St. Michael on Wednesday, January 17, 2024 for St. Martins Anglican Church, St Philip where relatives and friends are asked to meet at 10 a.m. for the service, followed by the interment.
Tributes will commence at 9:30 a.m.
The organist and members of the choir are kindly asked to attend. Wreaths may be sent to Downes and Wilson Funeral Home on Wednesday, January 17, 2024 no later than 7 a.m.
Relatives and friends may pay their last respects at Downes and Wilson Funeral Home, Eagle Hall, St. Michael on Tuesday, January 16, 2024 from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.
