JOAN ASHIE OMETA REID, aged 89 of Ealing Park, Christ Church entered peacefully into rest on Monday, 7^th April, 2022 at her residence.

Daughter of the late Seifert and Carmen Linton;

Wife of the late Errol Reid;

Mother of Richard Moore (USA), and Mary Linton (UK);

Mother-in-law of Ann Moore (USA);

Grandmother of Nicole Dowling (USA),

Great-grandmother of Zaria Moore and Kimara Dowling (USA);

Sister of Marceline Sealy and the late Lorraine Alleyne;

Sister-in-law of Chester Alleyne and the late Roy Sealy;

Aunt of Roger Linton, Terry Alleyne, Paul Alleyne (UK), Sonia Alleyne, Tyrone Sealy, Michael Sealy, and the Late Derrick Sealy (USA);

Great-aunt of Tyisha Edwards, Kayia Alleyne, Jai Irby and many more.

Cousin of Sheila Hunt, Vivian Gooding, Sonia Ifill, Rodney, Andy, Andrew, Diane, Joy, Joanne, Sharon and Margaret;

In-law to Joan, Nicole (USA), Jennifer (UK), Cecil, Edna, Karen (CA) and many others;

The Funeral of the late Joan Ashie Ometa Reid leaves Downes and Wilson Funeral Home, Eagle Hall, St. Michael, on Friday, 29^th April, 2022 at 8:30 a.m. for the Cathedral of St. Michael and All Angels, St. Michael’s Rowe, Bridgetown, St. Michael where relatives and friends are asked to meet at 10 a.m. for the service. The funeral will then proceed to the Westbury Cemetery for the interment.

The Organist and Choir are kindly asked to attend. Wreaths may be sent to Downes and Wilson Funeral Home no later than 7.30 a.m. on Friday, 29^th April, 2022.

Relatives and friends may pay their last respects at Downes and Wilson Funeral Home, on Thursday, 28^th April, 2022 from 4 p.m. – 6 p.m.
