KATHLEEN CHARLOTTA CALLENDER, aged 95 of Gas Products Road, Clapham, St. Michael faithful member of St. Lawrence Anglican Church, Founding member of the Holy Spirit Prayer Group, former Eucharistic Church Minister and member of the Mothers’ Union entered peacefully into rest on Monday, 4th April, 2022 at her residence surrounded by the love of her family.

Mother of Juliette Jemmott (Ralph), Marion Best (Ian) (Rosedale Dental), and the late Joy Callender (FCIB);

Grandmother of Maria Jemmott, Sharon and Arlington Bushelle, Katrina and Graeme Best;

Great Grandmother of Chad, Samara and Thierry Jemmott, Chanice Holder, Aaron and Zaria Bushelle, Spencer and Landon Best;

Sister of Marguerite Innis (Lawrence);

Aunt of Keenan Callender;

Cousin of Marcia and Ken Atwell, Marion Atwell Kermeur and the late Grace Hinkson;

Friend of Waveney Nicholls and family, Brinda Jones and family, Ruth Bynoe, Anderson Holder, Vanita Murray, Eugene Edwards, Derek Edghill, the St. Lawrence Church family;

Caregivers Lasalle Vaughan and Velma Louis-Alleyne;

Encourager to many.

The funeral of the late Kathleen Charlotta Callender leaves Downes and Wilson Funeral Home, Eagle Hall, St Michael on Monday, 25th April, 2022 at 8:00 a.m. for Christ Church Parish Church, Church Hill, Christ Church where relatives and friends are asked to meet at 10:00 a.m. for the service of thanksgiving. The funeral will then proceed to the Fangipani Lawns at Coral Ridge Memorial Gardens, The Ridge, Christ Church for the interment.

The Organist and Choir are kindly asked to attend. Wreaths may be sent to Downes and Wilson Funeral Home no later than 7.30 a.m. on Monday, 25th April, 2022.

Relatives and friends may pay their last respects at Downes and Wilson Funeral Home, on Sunday, 24th April, 2022 from 4 p.m. – 6 p.m.

All Covid-19 protocols must be acknowledged.
