of The Soroptimist Village, Eden Lodge; formerly of Bishop Court Hill, St. Michael and Husbands Heights, St. James.

Retired Nurse (England, Nairobi, Kenya, Maryland, USA; Diagnostic Clinic and Brigade House Medical Clinic, Barbados).

 Daughter of the late Lisle FitzAllan and Sylvia Bernetta Johnson;

Beloved mother of Michelle Daniel;

Sister of Charles Johnson and the late Iris Hinds, Errol, John, Edward, and Patricia Johnson;

Aunt of Juist and Brian Hinds, Steven and Tessa Johnson and Christopher Johnson, Orland and John Henry;

Mother-in-Law of Paul Daniel;

Sister-in-Law of Kathleen and Maria Johnson;

Relative of the Johnson, Harding, Layne, Smith, Cozier and Carter families;

Cherished friend of Esther Smart, Linda Walcott, Meredith Field, Trevor Martyr, Raymond Forde; the Whittington, Stevenson, Daniel and Forde families; the residents and staff of The Soroptimist Village, Eden Lodge; the Church Family at Ann Gill Memorial Methodist Church and many others.

The Thanksgiving Service for the late Marjorie Lyola Johnson takes place on Thursday, July 6, 2023, at Ann Gill Memorial Methodist Church, Fairfield Road, St. Michael where relatives and friends are asked to meet at 1:30 p.m.

Interment at the Westbury Cemetery will follow.

Floral arrangements may be sent to Downes and Wilson Funeral Home, Eagle Hall, St. Michael on Thursday, July 6, 2023 no later than 11 a.m.

Alternatively, donations to the Church’s Building Fund or The Soroptimist Senior Citizens Village, Eden Lodge may be made in Marjorie’s memory.

 Relatives and friends may pay their last respects at Downes and Wilson Funeral Home on Wednesday, July 5, 2023 from 4 p.m. – 6 p.m.

There will be no viewing at the home-going service.
