MARY ELIZABETH THOMPSON age 85 affectionately known as “Ma” of Content Land,

St. Thomas; a faithful member of the Revival Faith Centre Church  entered peacefully into rest  on Thursday, 20^th October, 2022 at her residence.

Widow of the late Overton Dacosta Thompson;

Mother of David Clyde Beckles, taxi driver of ZM 710, Morrine Beckles; Sandra Beckles-Shepherd, Frank Beckles of Grenada, Andrew Beckles of England; Ronald Thompson of Canada, Valcia Thompson-Mapp of Yankee Garments, Donna Thompson of Production Business Solutions, Ena Thompson of the Nation Publishing, Yvonne Thompson of Barbados Port Inc. and the late Steve, Deborah, Corletta and Mary-ann Thompson;

Mother-In-Law to Neila Beckles, Sheila Thompson, Harvon Shepherd, Debra Beckles and Lester Mapp;

A thanksgiving service to celebrate the life of Mary Elizabeth Thompson will be held on Monday, 14^th November 2022 at the Revival Faith Centre, Dunscombe, St. Thomas, where relatives and friends are asked to meet at 2 p.m. The cortege will then proceed to St. James Cemetery for the burial.

Wreaths may be sent to Downes and Wilson Funeral Home on Monday, 14^th November, 2022 no later than 12:00 noon.

Relatives and friends may pay their last respects at Downes and Wilson Funeral Home on Sunday, 13^th November, 2022 from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.
