MAUREEN GRIFFITH aged 72 of 2nd Avenue St. Barnabas Heights, St. Michael, retired Hotel Worker entered peacefully into rest on Thursday, 01st December, 2022 at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital.
Daughter of the late Eulene Griffith and Rupert Hinds;
Mother of Sabina Griffith, Sancia Griffith, Marlon Waterman and Jermaine Griffith;
Grandmother of Shannon and Eshè Griffith, Abrianna Howell and Zahra Kirton;
Sister of Rhonda Mayers, Jennifer Griffith, Leonard Griffith, Ava Harewood, and Sean Griffith (deceased);
Aunt of Tanyasha and Keron Mayers, Kenny, Claudia, LaShawna, Zaire, Erin, Symphony and Jazz Griffith;
Relative of the Griffith, Kirton and the Hinds-Riviere families;
Friend of Many in Barbados and abroad.
The funeral of the late Maureen Griffith leaves Downes and Wilson Funeral Home Eagle Hall, St. Michael on Thursday, 22nd December, 2022 at 8.30 a.m. for Western Light Church of the Nazarene, Oxnards, St. James where relatives and friends are asked to meet at 10.00 a.m. for the service. The funeral will then proceed to the St. Barnabas Churchyard, Chapel Gap, St. Michael for the interment.
Wreaths may be sent to Downes and Wilson Funeral Home no later than 7:30 a.m. on Thursday, 22nd December, 2022.
Relatives and friends may pay their last respects at Downes and Wilson Funeral Home on Wednesday, 21st December, 2022 from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.
