MICHAEL ALISTER ALLEYNE better known as BIG MIKE the Joiner, aged 82 years of Ealing Road, Grazettes, St. Michael, formerly of Phillip’s Road, St. Stephen’s Hill, St. Michael entered into peaceful rest on Tuesday, 14th March, 2023.

Father of Dercyk Small, Margaret Carter, Kareen Alleyne-Gilkes, Kathyann Licorish, Shawn Brewster and Susan Cox;
Former husband of the late Gertrude Octive Alleyne-Lewis;
Spouse of the late Sylvia D. Bishop;
Grandfather of Kaydean Alleyne, Zaheer Belgrave, Joshua Licorish, Nathan Scott, Andrea Carter, Alicia Howell, Lyndia Carter, Shekinah Carter, Alphonzo and Ramone Best, Dalisa and Rakeil Small and Zabari Brewster;
Great Grandfather of 9;
Brother of Beulah Jessamy, Margaret Hunte, Yvonne of South District and the late Ruby Hunte;
Nephew of the late Constance Alleyne;
Uncle of Tracie-ann Jessamy, Lindsey and Noel Hunte;

The funeral of the late Michael Alister Alleyne leaves Downes and Wilson Funeral Home Eagle Hall, St. Michael on Friday, 31st March, 2023 at 8:30 a.m. for Ann Gill Methodist Church, Fairfield Black Rock, St. Michael, where relatives and friends are asked to meet at 10:00 a.m. for the service. The funeral will then proceed to the Westbury Cemetery for the interment.
Wreaths may be sent to Downes and Wilson Funeral Home no later than 8:00 a.m. on Friday, 31st March, 2023.
Relatives and friends may pay their last respects at Downes and Wilson Funeral Home on Thursday, 30th March, 2023 from 1-3 p.m.
