March 2, 2019 at 2:01 amMy deepest sympathy to the entire McClean family. I am very saddened to hear of Aunty Monica’s passing. My thoughts and prayers are with you all.
Rene, I understand how it feels to lose a parent, the emptiness, the void, but I want you to know that with time your tears and sorrow will evolve into all the wonderful memories you shared with your mom and you will cherish them forever. I grew up across the street from your grandparents and I remember your mom picking you up in the evenings, sometimes Sophie (The late Sophia McClean) would be at my house as we were inseparable back then and she would yell across the street “Hi Aunty Monica” then I would yell across the street “Hi Aunty Monica” and she would always smile very pleasantly and wave to us. I wanted to share my memory with you.
Rest In Peace Aunty Monica
May God Comfort you all.

Losing Aunty Monica is pretty crappy for us all. She was the little engine that could and we loved her attitude, spunk and love for life.
She will be missed.
Take care of yourself and don’t forget that the family is there when you need them.
Love,
Andrew
