RODNEY DaCOSTA OMAR HINDS aged 41 of 2^nd Avenue Vauxhall, Christ Church. Owner of RodesCatering 246; former Chef of Sugar Bay Hotel , Smokey Josés and Snowshoe Mountain Resort peacefully departed this life on Wednesday, 13^th March, 2024.

Son of Esther Small (Child Care Board) and Stephen Nurse (USA);

Stepson of the late Stanley Small;

Grandson of Mary Hinds;

Brother of Roxanne Hinds-Samuel (Taxi Faternity), Shawn Thomas, Adrian and Tiffany Nurse;

Uncle of Asherah and Aquilla Darlington, Jahmeek and Jahleek Samuel;

Great-uncle of Azarah and Alura-Ari;

Nephew of Marian Nurse (USA), Peter and Trevor Hinds, Carolann Pinder and Cleveland Grant;

The funeral of the late Rodney DaCosta Omar Hinds leaves Downes and Wilson Funeral Home, Eagle Hall, St. Michael, on Saturday, 30^th March,, 2024 at 12:15 p.m. for The Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, Sargeant Village, Christ Church where relatives and friends are asked to meet at 2:00 p.m. for the service. The funeral will then proceed to the Coral Ridge Memorial Gardens, The Ridge, Christ Church.

Wreaths may be sent to Downes and Wilson Funeral Home no later than 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, 30^th March, 2024.

Relatives and friends may pay their last respects at Downes and Wilson Funeral Home on Thursday 28th March, 2024 from 4 – 6 p.m.
