ROY ALEXANDER MCLENNAN aged 88 of Black Rock Main Road, St. Michael retired Accountant of Sagicor General Insurance Inc., entered peacefully into rest on Monday, 6th March, 2023 at his residence.
Son of the late Eunice Cumberbatch and Cyril Swan;
Widower of Patsy McLennan;
Father of Nadia McLennan, Anthony “Bobby” McLennan and the late Hugh Christopher McLennan;
Grandfather of Felicia Natasha McLennan, Sherry-Ann Munroe (Canada) and Shamar Gill;
Great grandfather of 2;
Adoptive father of David Husbands and Tony Rudder (USA), Larry Craig, and Selwyn “Billy” Boston;
Brother of Violet and Sheila Alleyne and the late Walter Austin;
Uncle of Paul Austin, Tracey King, Grace Alleyne and many others;
Brother in law of Joan Fernands;
Godfather of Tiffany Whittaker-Parris;
Father in law of Shawn Bishop;
Friend of Kenrick Marshall, Kenrick Austin, Basil Grant, Dennis DeSilva, Charles Whittaker, Ann Birkett and many others;
The funeral of the late Roy Alexander McLennan leaves Downes and Wilson Funeral Home Eagle Hall, St. Michael on Saturday 25th March, 2023 at 10:30 a.m. for Our Lady Queen of the Universe Catholic Church Black Rock Main Road, St. Michael, where relatives and friends are asked to meet at 12:00 noon for the service. The funeral will then proceed to the Westbury Cemetery for the interment.
Wreaths may be sent to Downes and Wilson Funeral Home no later than 10:00 a.m. on Saturday 25th March, 2023.
Relatives and friends may pay their last respects at Downes and Wilson Funeral Home on Friday, 24th March, 2023 from 4-6 p.m.
