He was the first Executive Director of the Barbados Hotel Association;
retired Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Civil Aviation & Tourism; and past President of Barbados Association of Retired Persons (BARP).
Husband of the late Marjorie Adina Kellman;
Father of Cheryl and Wayne Kellman;
Grandfather of Alexander, Warren and Chevon Kellman;
Brother of Sherwin Scott, Marcia Scott, Vanda Lawrance and Fred Scott;
Cousin of Reginald, the late Timothy and Yvonne Greaves;
Uncle of Fiona, Amelia, Karen, Amos, Adrian, Joanna, Mark and Michael.
The funeral for Russell Whitstanley Kellman, GCM leaves Downes and Wilson Funeral Home, Eagle Hall, St. Michael on Thursday, November 9, 2023 for the Chapel of Coral Ridge Memorial Gardens, The Ridge, Christ Church where relatives and friends are asked to meet at 10 a.m. for the service.
Interment in the Chapel Lawns will follow.
The Organist is kindly asked to attend. Wreaths may be sent to Downes and Wilson Funeral Home on Thursday, November 9, 2023 no later than 7 a.m.
Relatives and friends may pay their last respects at Downes and Wilson Funeral Home, Eagle Hall, St. Michael on Wednesday, November 8, 2023 from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.
