Niece of Jeanne Rowe, David ‘Dan’ King; the late Sir Courtney and Hazel Blackman, Pauline Beckles, Janis Alleyne and Sheilah King-Watson;
Cousin of Chris, Keith and Barry Blackman, Dr. Jeanne Beckles, Sharon Alleyne, Kim Rowe, Neil Carrington, Shemiele Balgobin, Shanna King, Melanie Stevenson, Evelyn McClean and many others;
God-daughter of Edward Haynes and the late Mencha Collymore;
Godmother of Robert, Jahiel and Danyell McEwen-Cordael;
Friend of Terrence Gibbons, Shelley Parris, Jeaneta Waithe, Joy Best, Claire Edwards, Shannon Gibbons, Anella Michael, Derek Greene, Mark Springer; the Principal, staff and students of Daryll Jordan Secondary School; the late Tonya Greenidge and many others.
A service to celebrate the life of Tara Desiree Blackman takes place at Sharon Moravian Church, St Thomas on Saturday, February 1, 2025 at 9 a.m.; followed by interment in the Churchyard.
Tributes will commence at 8:30 a.m.
The organist and members of the choir are kindly asked to attend.
Mourning colours are optional. Tara’s favourite colour was pink.
Wreaths may be sent to Downes and Wilson Funeral Home, Eagle Hall, St. Michael on Saturday, February 1, 2025 no later than 7 a.m.
Donations towards the upkeep of Sharon Moravian Church and Victorious Warriors are greatly appreciated.
Relatives and friends may pay their respects at Daryll Jordan Secondary School, Trents, St. Lucy on Friday, January 31, 2025, from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m.
