Widow of Marcus G. Lashley;
Mother of Jonathan Lashley (Barbados Port Inc.) and Marcus Lashley (Anglican Priest & Clinical Psychologist);
Sister of Aileen Chase, Maureen Alleyne, Diana Gooding, Undine Prescod, Mazie Haynes, Leslie Balckman and Gloria Thompson (Canada), Berkley, Leon and Willie Blackman, Kenneth Thompson and the late Kenrick, Ashmore, Odel (Arden), Ralph and Reynold Blackman;
Relative of the Blackman, Hunte, Padmore, Norris, McConney and Burton families;
Friend of Maizie Harewood, Roma Payne, Shirley Coombes, Ronell Brathwaite, the Phillips, Walker, Gamble, Mason, Cheeseman, Mottley and Holder families.
A Mass of the Resurrection will be offered for Teka’s life, work and Christian witness on Saturday, 27th September 2025 at the St. John’s Parish Church, Glebe Land, St. John at 10:00am followed by the interment in the cemetery.
The Organist and members of the Church Choir are kindly asked to attend.
In lieu of flowers, a collection may be received for the St. John’s Church building funds.
Relatives and friends may pay their last respects at Downes and Wilson Funeral Home on Friday, 26th September 2025 from 4 – 6 p.m.
