WINSTON SYLVESTER WILSON, aged 80 of 4^th Avenue Parris Gap, Westbury Road and #15 Arsenal Road, Jackson, St. Michael; member of the New Testament Church of God, Parris Gap, St. Michael and Jackson Church of God, St. Michael and former employee of Glassesco Hardware entered peacefully into rest on Tuesday, 26^th May 2026 at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital. 

Husband of Heather Wilson;

Father of Michelle Wilson;

Son of the late Verona Wilson and Henry Bannister;

Grandfather of Shanelle Bowen and Shamar Wilson;

Brother of Patsy Hinkson and Shirley Clarke-Fields (USA), Stephanie, Sonia, William and Wayne Clarke, Coreen Chapman, Sandra Hinkson, Cynthia Marshall and the late Trevor Clarke;

Uncle to Fabien, Symon, Tiffany, Krystle and Barry Clarke, Kathy Lewis (USA), Delano Jemmott, Trevon Boyce, Roland, Robert and Rodwell Wilson;

Cousin of Joseph Walkes, and the late Ruth Parris;

Brother-in-law of Cyrilene, Vincent, Ronald, St. Clair, Ingrid and Sylvia Austin;

Relative of the Parris, Watts and Austin families;

Friend to Veronica Cox, Lena Phillips, Margaret Brathwaite and many others.

The funeral of the late Winston Sylvester Wilson leaves Downes and Wilson Funeral Home, Eagle Hall, St. Michael on Monday, 15^th June 2026 at 12:30 p.m. for Jackson Church of God, St. Michael where relatives and friends are asked to meet at 2:00 p.m. for the service. The funeral will then proceed to the Westbury Cemetery for the interment.

The Organist is kindly asked to attend. Wreaths may be sent to Downes and Wilson Funeral Home on Monday, 15^th June 2026 no later than 12:00 noon.

Relatives and friends may pay their last respects at Downes and Wilson Funeral Home, Eagle Hall, St. Michael, on Sunday, 14^th June 2026, from 4:00 p.m.– 6:00 p.m.
