Retired Teacher of Springer Memorial School and faithful member of Calvary Moravian Church entered peacefully into rest on July 24, 2024.

Daughter of the late Ethel Waithe;

Mother of Sharon Rosemary and Julia Lynch;

Sister of the late Vida Mascoll, Jean Waithe, Mernese Knight and Emil Waithe;

Aunt of Betty Babb, John Mascoll, Anderson and Adrian Knight, Terry, Dave and Troy Belle (USA); the late Carlisle Mascoll and Ian Arthur;

Great-aunt of Tracia Forde, Jalesa Howard, Jaleel & Jaden Arthur and others;

Cousin of Avice Russell, Anthony Durant and many others;

Godmother of Kimberley Benjamin and Chantay Beaumont;

Relative of the Lynch family;

Friend of Joan and Stevenson Brathwaite, Pauline Benjamin & family, Janet Lucas, Jean Heath, Reverend Norma Boyce, Vonley Davis and the Calvary Moravian Church family;

Special thanks to Dr. DaCosta Thompson, Harriet Doughty and Yvette Cumberbatch-Chase (caregiver);

Thanks to the Manager and staff of the Cornerstone Senior Citizens Home.

The funeral takes place on Saturday, August 10, 2024 at Calvary Moravian Church, Roebuck Street, St. Michael at 9:30 a.m.

Interment at Coral Ridge Memorial Gardens will follow.

The organist and choir are kindly asked to attend. Wreaths may be sent to Downes and Wilson Funeral Home on Saturday, August 10, 2024 no later than 7:30 a.m.

Relatives and friends may pay their last respects at Downes and Wilson Funeral Home, Eagle Hall, St. Michael on Friday, August 9, 2024 from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.
