Of Browne’s Gap, Passage Road, St. Michael, and South Kimbark, Chicago, Illinois. A retired, well renowned “Alteration Specialist” (Tailor), he was the best at his professional craft.
Son of the late Cynthia and Trafton Alleyne;
Beloved husband of June Kathy Ann Alleyne;
Stepfather of Josanne;
Father of Andrea, Donna, Stephen (Cathy) and Michelle;
Brother of Alfred, Ralph (Grace), Dorothy (David), the late Bernice Rowe (Gerald), Anthony (June) and Audrey;
Adopted brother of Coral and Myrna;
Grandfather of Séanne, Christopher and Christian;
Great-grandfather of Rylee;
Uncle and cousins of many in Barbados, Canada, England and the USA;
Great friend of Rudolph Burrowes (Tar Rat), Norman Brathwaite (Brath), James Wilson, JP and many others in Barbados and Chicago.
Relatives and friends may pay their last respects at Downes and Wilson Funeral Home, Eagle Hall, St. Michael on Thursday, August 8, 2024 from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.
A service of celebration will take place at White Park Wesleyan Holiness Church, St. Michael on Friday, August 9, 2024 at 10 a.m. Tributes commence at 9 a.m.
The funeral will proceed to Westbury cemetery for the interment.
Wreaths may be sent to Downes and Wilson Funeral Home on Friday, August 9, 2024 no later than 7:30 a.m.
