JAMES HUBERT VALENTINE STUART aged 61 of Roach Village, St. George entered peacefully into rest on Friday, 19th February, 2021.

Son of the late Hubert and Ena Stuart;

Husband of Denise Stuart;

Father of P.C. Jonathan Stuart (The Royal Barbados Police Force);

Step father of Jason Thompson;

Brother of Agnes Farley, John and Andrew Hinkson, Peter and Michael Stuart;

Uncle of Peter Hinkson of the USA, John Hinkson Jr., Brian, Laurel, and Barry Stuart, Nicole Scantlebury, Prince, Rol, Carmeta and Richey Farley, and the late Mark Hinkson;

Great Uncle of Joshua Callender;

Son in law of Eileen Thompson

Brother in Law of Juliet Stuart, Anne Watson, Winston, Michael, Jerry and Anthony Thompson and the Late Sybil Hinkson of the USA,

Relative of the Belgrave, Pilgrim, Haynes, Hinkson, Burke, Blenman, Harding and Taitt families

Friend of Arnold Greene, Janet Foster, Terry Lashley, David Waldron J.P., Heather Grant, Herford Kennedy, Renrick Haynes, the Eversley, Banfield, Wickham and Cox families and many others.

The Funeral of the late JAMES HUBERT VALENTINE STUART leaves Downes and Wilson Funeral Home, Eagle Hall, St. Michael on Friday, 12th March, 2021 at 8:30 a.m. for St. Augustine Anglican Church, Market Hill, St. George where relatives and friends are asked to meet at 10:00 a.m. for the service and interment.

Relatives and friends may pay their last respects at Downes and Wilson Funeral Home on Thursday, 11th March 2021 from 3 – 5 p.m.

Wreaths may be sent to Downes and Wilson Funeral Home no later than 7.30 a.m. on Friday, 12th March, 2021.
