JUNIOR WILLIAM ANTHONY THORNHILL better known as “Murdock” aged 62 of Harbour View, Pineland, St. Michael retired employee of the National Sports Council died quietly at his residence on March 21, 2020.

Son of the late Mary Eudene Thornhill;

Grandson of the late Mary Catherine Thornhill-Herbert;

Brother of Pauline Thornhill (better known as Betty), Beverley Thornhill, the late Shirley Oxley (Canada) and David Thornhill;

Uncle of Faye, Anthony and Andre Oxley (Canada), David Jacobs (USA) and Sandrene Phillips;

Great-uncle of Jerrell Oxley and Jévon Hamblett-Oxley;

Nephew of Ormiston Thornhill (better known as Staff), Ashley Herbert (USA), Edna Payne, Frank Ifill and the late Lesford Gibbs;

Cousin of Angella Duplissis;

Friend of Maurice Alleyne, Martin King, Mavis Weekes, Patricia Bowen and Margaret Leon;

Friend & Co-Worker of Ronnie Thompson, David Oxley, Neil Murrell, Esther Williams and Yvette Brathwaite-Maynard.

The funeral of the late Junior William Anthony Thornhill leaves Downes and Wilson Funeral Home Eagle Hall, St. Michael on Thursday 14th May, 2020 at 9:00 a.m. for St. Ambrose Anglican Church, Cyrus Street, The City, St. Michael where relatives and friends are asked to meet 10:00 a.m. for the service. The funeral will then proceed to the Westbury Cemetery for the interment.

Wreaths may be sent to Downes and Wilson Funeral Home no later than 8:00 a.m. on Thursday, 14th May, 2020.
