The funeral of the late Orval Ward Staley, Jr. took place on Wednesday, October 16, 2019 at 9 a.m. at the Westbury Cemetery, St Michael.

November 12, 2019 at 7:33 pmHi Gloria, I am one of Ward’s classmates. I’m so sorry to hear of your loss. He was a great guy, and I’m so glad that I got to spend some time with him when he was home last. We spent a day picking up a truck load of chicken poop for his Mom’s yard. Haha, he wasn’t exactly a guy that wanted to go out and do lunch. He met my husband and family, it was great to see him. He told me how much he loved living in the islands and how much he was missing you and couldn’t wait to get home. We will all miss him, he was never forgotten even though we hadn’t seen him in such a long time.
