September 2, 2026 at 2:02 pmBob,
What a delightful, funny, caring man he was, who put his family first and made time to be there for friends and those he met along the road of life.
We shall always remember his dry wit, warmth and spirit in bucket loads, when we spent time with him and the family many moons ago.
Marva, our love goes out to you, your boys and the rest of the family.
Take care of each other.
Lots of love from Sandra, Colin, Josh and Phoebe. xxxx (from Reading, England)

September 1, 2026 at 6:38 pmMy condolences to the entire Farmer family. Robert and I attended St. Augustine Boys’ School in Market Hill, St. George. We sat in the same classes and were assigned “head boy’ duties throughout our time at the school. I would always say, if I got 98 on a subject, you can be assured that Robert got 99. He was an extremely bright student. We both sat the common entrance exam at Green Lynch Secondary School on the same day. There were two scholarships. With over 100 kids taking the test, Robert came in 2nd, and I came in 4th. He got a scholarship. They told my mom that since I did so well, she would only have to pay half tuition. However, that never materialized, since my mom and I left the country very shortly to live in Trinidad with my stepfather; Robert was an extremely bright guy, and his brilliance manifested itself throughout his professional career. I live in the USA, but I’ll be watching the service on utube tomorrow. Goodbye, my friend, may your soul RIP.
