Daughter of the late Fredrica Ashby and Aubrey Murrell;

Widow of Edward Austin;

Beloved mother of Veronica Ashby (Owner, Springfield Real Estate), Shelly Boyce (Principal, Maria Holder Nursery School Sharon),  Roseanne Myers (General Manager, Atlantis Submarines); Andrea Ashby (Pharmacist, Holborn Pharmacy) and Edward Ashby (Operations Director, Geo Systems Motors Company Ltd);

Loving and devoted grandmother of Jameelah Thomas (Pilot, New Brunswick, Canada), Oliver Thomas (Senior State Counsel, Office of Director of Public Prosecutions), Dr. Alanna Myers, Marcus Myers (Marketing Officer, Barbados Accreditation Council), Dr. Kimberley Springer (Canada),  Michelle Springer, Zoe Parris (Ellerslie Secondary School) and Joshua Ashby (Combermere School);

The funeral for Stephney Fredrica Ashby leaves Downes and Wilson Funeral Home, Eagle Hall, St. Michael on Tuesday, June 27, 2023 for St. Mary’s Anglican Church, Bridgetown, St. Michael where relatives and friends are asked to meet at 10 a.m. for the Service, followed by the interment in the Churchyard.

The Organist and members of the choir are kindly asked to attend. Wreaths may be sent to Downes and Wilson Funeral Home no later than 8 a.m. on Tuesday, June 27, 2023.

Relatives and friends may pay their last respects at Downes and Wilson Funeral Home on Monday, June 26, 2023 from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.
