Beloved son of Margaret (Patsy) Leacock née Nurse and the late Cuthbert Sealy;

Dear brother of Sylvester Nurse, Tricia Nurse Graham, Kim Nurse, Cuthbert Joseph and Monica May;

Adoptive father of Doneshia Alleyne-Williams;

Adoptive grandfather of Kishaera Alleyne-Williams;

Uncle of Zaria and Kristin Nurse, Saniya and Blake Graham;

Cousin of Sylvia Nurse, Margaret Springer, Andrea Proverbs, Dave and Bernadette Clarke, Jacqueline Skeete, Michelle Greene, Cherry-Ann Harewood, Charles, Joanne and Rodney Gill;

Nephew of Cleveland, Iris, Owen, Roy and Beverley Nurse, Anita Thompson and Hazel Bushell;

Brother-in-law of O’Neil Graham;

Relative of the Lynch family;

Close friend of Mark Cadogan, Stephen Davis, Keith White, Natalie Payne & the CBC family;

The funeral of Sylvan Cortez Nurse leaves Downes and Wilson Funeral Home, Eagle Hall, St. Michael on Thursday, August 18, 2022 for St. Barnabas Anglican Church, Chapel Gap, St. Michael where relatives and friends are asked to meet at 2:30 p.m. for the service.  Interment at Coral Ridge Memorial Gardens, The Ridge, Christ Church will follow.

The Organist and members of the Church Choir are kindly asked to attend. Wreaths may be sent to Downes and Wilson no later than noon on Thursday, August 18, 2022.

Relatives and friends may pay their last respects at Downes and Wilson Funeral Home on Wednesday, August 17, 2022 from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.
